Most Anticipated Games for 2019

In just the blink of an eye we will be ringing in the new year, and with it we will be bringing in exciting, new games. Today is about looking to the future, what are the most anticipated games of 2019? While there will be many, I’m just going to talk about a few that I’m excited about and when we can expect to see them.

First up for January, Kingdom Hearts III…for years we’ve been teased, and it’s finally happening. Early this year we will finally be able to play Kingdom Hearts III, this fan favorite is sure to bring joy to hearts everywhere.

Next, I am looking forward to February’s release of the new Cuphead. Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course will be the newest Cuphead game. This a game that took me by surprise, I didn’t expect to find it so gratifying…but it is quite the challenge and the fun, quirky characters really grow on you.

Sometime in March, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will be released… this game looks like it’s going to be a blast. The graphics, game play, this game is one of my most looked forward to for probably the entire year.

Finally in April, we will be able to play Mortal Kombat 11. There is not a full trailer release for this game yet, but it promises to be the same great game, but with tons of updated features. For one, you will be able to customize your characters and finally make your own fighter. The next major hit of this game, is that it will of course pick up the story where Mortal Kombat 10 left off. While admittedly, I don’t follow the story much, this game is all about the gore and and sweet, sweet button combos.

A few games have been promised to be out by 2019 Holiday season and among those are Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. This game is set to take place, shortly after the events of Revenge of the Sith you will have a target on your back and you’ll need the Force to survive in this fast-paced game.

Every year, technology and innovation push games further towards greatness and every year we get exciting new content and creations. I’m so looking forward to both big and small releases for games, patches, DLC, and so much more. So, if you haven’t seen the game that you’re most looking forward to, please share it below.
